Happy Hour + Helping Military Families = Super Fab Happy Hour

Friday is upon us, friends, and I know you, like me, will be hitting the town for a drink or two, in gratitude for the end of another busy week. This Friday, however, your drink can also help military families and wounded warriors when they return home.

Operation Homefront has teamed up with Sierra Nevada, who will donate the proceeds from the sales of Sierra Nevada sold from 5pm-7pm, at participating bars, this Friday, December 4. The event has been dubbed AZ Strings Happy Hour, as each participating bar will feature local guitarists during the 2-hour drinking session.

Get a beer. Help a great organization continue to provide irreplaceable assistance to the men and women who put their lives on the line for us everyday.

If you can't get out to support the cause, consider a small donation to Operation Homefront, directly, by clicking HERE.

"Yeah, yeah, where can I get the beers," you ask? Check it out:

More Silicone Toys

If I could give an award for the best marketing-branding for a product, I would have to give it to Fusion Brands. Their vividly colored silicone kitchen products will make you squeal with delight (that's what I did anyways) and the videos on their clean, minimalist (yay!) website will show you how to use the product, with a little chuckle of laughter to boot.

My favorite videos you have to check out:

Chef Tools for Kids

Fiestablue Fiestapink

While I don't think I'd be using these in my kitchen (I'd probably end up destroying them), I would definitely buy these for the little potential chefs in my life.

These Fiesta Head Chefs Products
are available on amazon for $9.95 – 11.95 each, with 10 different tools available. Perhaps a nice little collection to start up for your young cooks.

Fiesta also offers some fun little toys for adults. I'm currently eyeing this Pink Silicone Rolling Pin.

Pinksiliconerollingpin
It's about $50 at Williams Sonoma and $32.99 through Amazon. Adding it to my Christmas list, now.
